We are long-term, active investors with a focus on research and bottom up investing for over 30+ years. We invest in scalable & enduring companies with an impressive record of corporate governance and growth in earnings.

Private Equity

The family office invests in early and late stage companies that are led by high quality entrepreneurs who are building pioneering businesses in our sectors of interest. However, we generally invest only when we can own a sizeable shareholding which provides us with certain governance rights and the ability to actively participate in the future strategy of the business.

Real Estate

While our primary focus is on listed equities, selectively we are interested in quality real estate investments. Grade A office assets, Land with clear title within MMR & projects being developed by quality developers looking for equity partners.

Foundation

Fortress Welfare Foundation is a not-for-profit company that focuses on social causes that have an impact on Housing, Education & Nation Building. We prefer to get involved for the causes we support and help in strategy and scaling of the cause for a greater sustainable impact along with providing financial support.
